'..turned yellow'

A woman who has disproved that 'yellow' is for cowardice, instead for bravery!

A woman who had overthrown dictatorship... and restored democracy.

A woman who has showed that authority is synonymous to humility.

A woman who, up to her sickbed and down to her grave, has brought faith and unity!

A mother, a president, a heroine with religious piety...

Maria Corazon "Cory" Cojuangco Aquino

(January 25, 1933 – August 1, 2009)

Nice post Doc RJ, truly indeed that she showed that authority is synonymous to humility. Good bye Tita Cory, you will always be remembered here in our hearts.

She's one of the few who died with utmost certainty that she's going to heaven.

And she'll be praying for us, I know. Because we're the ones who need it the most.

I had goosebumps as I saw the people give salute to the former president. Ramdam mo yung pagmamahal. Sana di ako night shift, nakasama sana ko sa Ayala crowd kanina.

Yan! ang (bagong) positibong kahulugan ng dilaw na kulay [the others being warmth and joyful].
Nawa’y patuloy na mabuhay ang inspirasyong naiwan ni Tita Cory sa Bayan.
